The goal of the game is to discover the combination drawn by the computer. Through guessing or logic you must find the code fast, because there are a limited number of moves available.
The goal of the SMasterMind game is to discover the combination drawn by the computer.
There are several levels of difficulty. Along with choosing the number of holes and number of colors used, there are three modes in which the combinations may be drawn.
Beginner: The combination is composed only of differently colored pawns.
Normal: The combination can include several pawns of the same color.
Expert: The combination can include several pawns of the same color but it can also include one or more holes!
You have 16 attempts to discover the combination. To compose your attempt, you can drag/drop the pawns onto the current line. The pawns can be rearran ged simply by moving them.
To change the color of a pawn, drag the new one over. To erase one of the pawns of your attempt, drag it anywhere and release it.
To erase the whole current line, click the red Delete button.
You can copy your previous attempt into the line in progress via the Copy previous attempt menu, or hold down either the Shift key, Control key or Alt (Option) key while clicking the red Delete button.
You are also able to hold down one of these keys while validating your attempt to recopy it on the following attempt.
